Over this past year, Rachel and I have learned so much. One of the key lessons is to never put too much pressure on ourselves regarding audience size or listener numbers.
We started this podcast as an experimentation, a way to get our thoughts out there without the burden of vanity goals. Despite this laid-back approach, the exponential growth we've seen is incredible. Our listenership has more than doubled in the past 30 days, and it's thrilling to see the momentum build.
Start, Stop, Continue: Our Podcast Strategy
We've also been refining our strategy using the Start, Stop, Continue method. A key area we're focusing on is better integrating the podcast into our newsletter strategy. We're also planning to start monetizing the podcast to see a return on our efforts. On the stop front, both of us are working on becoming more concise and clear in our speech. Continuing our efficient planning and automation systems remains a top priority, making the whole process smoother and more enjoyable.

Looking ahead, we're excited about the future. We'll be launching collaborative projects and resources to provide even more value to our listeners. As we move into the fall, we're gearing up for a different energy and several guest episodes while Rachel takes a maternity break.
