Today, I"m sharing a tool  I use with my 1:1 clients to help them holistically assess their business so they can identify the key areas to focus on to make space for growth and create a windfall of peace and profits in their business.

Step 1: Duplicating the Notion Template
To get started, you'll need to duplicate the Notion template here. Don't worry if you're new to Notion – I'll guide you through the process. Hit the duplicate button and follow the prompts to create a new free account or log in to your existing account. Once you have the template, be sure to bookmark it for easy reference in the future.

Step 2: Assessing Your Business Pillars
Now, it's time to dive into the assessment. The assessment is divided into pillars, and for each pillar, you'll rank statements from one to five, with five being the best. This will help you identify areas where you have opportunities for improvement. Take your time to reflect and capture additional insights by brainstorming your celebrations, frictions, opportunities, and solutions for each pillar.

Step 3: Calculating Your Peaceful Business Score
Once you've completed the assessment, it's time to calculate your peaceful business score. Simply enter the totals for each column into the corresponding box. This score will benchmark where you're starting from and help you track your progress over time.

Step 4: Prioritizing and Creating an Action Plan
With your peaceful business score in hand, it's time to prioritize and create an action plan. Use the business expansion hierarchy provided to determine your top priorities. This specific order of approaching your business pillars has been proven to create a cascade of calm and profits in your business. Rank your areas of opportunity and then take action by selecting three to five potential solutions to pursue over the next 90 days.

Step 5: Repeating the Assessment Every 90 Days
Congratulations! You've completed the assessment and created an action plan. But this is not a one-time exercise. Repeating this process every 90 days is important to ensure sustainable success. Doing so allows you to track your progress, make adjustments, and continue building a peaceful, profitable, and purposeful business.
